Cecil Henry Cooper
Death occurred suddenly Saturday at his home
64 Betzner Avenue (Kitchener), of Cecil Henry Cooper. A native
of London, he was the son of the late Arthur Cooper and Alice Lake,
and was born in 1886. Mr. Cooper came to Canada at the age
of nine, and had lived in Kitchener for many years. He was
a superintendant at the Ontario Glove Mfg. Plant, where he had worked
for the past 23 years. Mr. Cooper was an Anglican. His
wife, the former Clara Schaller survives. Also surviving are three
sons, Harry (Chap) of Owen Sound, John of Kitchener, William of
Montreal, and a foster son, Norman of Kitchener: two daughters,
Mrs. George (Doris) Wunder, and Mrs. Thomas (Gertrude) Paleczny,
both of Kitchener, and two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Chrysler of Dunnville,
and Mrs. Gertrude Gingell, of Delhi, Two daughters predeceased him.
(Marjorie and Peggy). The funeral will be held from the Gruhn
Funeral Home at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday. Rev. E.F. Bishop will officiate.
Internment will be made in Woodland Cemetery . The body is
resting in the funeral home.
