Samuel
Bird is allowed to settle upon and cultivate Lot Number One |
in the
vacant Range, of the West side of the Cardigan Road; containing two
hundred acres |
provided
that, at the end of the time limited by the Royal Instructions, (Six
Months) he take out a Grant of the same; otherwise the said Lot with
all the improvements made on it, will be forfeited to the Crown. |
If these conditions be
fully complied with, the said (a Town Lot in addition has been
stroked out) |
